• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Use the platform only for lawful educational purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Provide accurate and current information

AiSchoolApp provides a comprehensive cloud-based school management system that includes:

• Student information management and enrollment
• Academic management and curriculum planning
• Attendance tracking and examination systems
• Fee management and financial reporting
• Staff and HR management
• Communication tools for schools, parents, and students
• Library, transport, and hostel management
• Analytics, reporting, and administrative tools

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with or without notice.

Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account credentials with others

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk.

For paid subscription plans:

• Subscription Fees: Fees are charged on a monthly or annual basis as selected during purchase
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice
• Refunds: Refund policies are outlined in our billing policy. Contact support for details
• Late Payments: Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

You agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
• Upload malicious software, viruses, or code designed to disrupt services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works from our proprietary content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without prior written consent
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect or store personal data about other users without permission

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AiSchoolApp and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our proprietary materials without express written permission from AiSchoolApp.

You retain ownership of content you upload or create on the platform. By using our services, you grant AiSchoolApp:

• A worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process your content
• The right to access, display, and transmit your content as necessary to provide services
• Permission to use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and improvement

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and must ensure you have all necessary rights and permissions.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation
• We are not responsible for data loss, corruption, or unavailability
• We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of information on the platform
• Third-party integrations are subject to their own terms and conditions
• We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiSchoolApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AiSchoolApp and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
