  • Student & Academic Records: Full names, roll numbers, classes/sections, attendance logs, academic marks/grades, progress reports, and Transfer Certificates.
  • Media, Photos, & Camera Access: The app requests permissions to access your device's Camera and Storage. This is strictly used to capture or upload student profile pictures, take staff attendance pictures, and attach educational materials. These files are securely transmitted directly to our encrypted servers.
  • Device & Usage Data: Technical logs including IP addresses, device models, OS versions, unique notification tokens, and application crash reports to ensure performance stability.

3. Device Permissions We Require

To facilitate active ERP features on Android and iOS devices, our application may prompt you for the following sensitive permissions:

  • Automate attendance logging and send real-time absent/present alerts to parents via SMS and WhatsApp.
  • Process and track school fee collections, generate digital fee ledgers, and dispatch friendly automated payment reminders.
  • Render and print student admit cards, Transfer Certificates, exam seating plans, and academic report cards in bulk.

We retain your institutional data for as long as your school maintains an active account with us. If a school terminates its service, all data is permanently purged according to our data deletion schedule.

We fully support your right to control your personal and student data. In accordance with Google Play Store Developer Policies, users and administrators have the absolute right to request the permanent deletion of their account and all associated data at any time. To purge your records:
